EATON Hansen FS系列流量傳感器在軟管破裂時(shí)保護(hù)人員和財(cái)產(chǎn)安全。流量傳感器用于和壓縮空氣一起使用。Eaton’s Flow Sensor Series is designed to protect personnel and property in case of hose failure in compliance with Federal Safety Regulations. Flow Sensors are intended for use with compressed air.

The Hansen Flow Sensor is designed to protect personnel and property in case of hose failure, which is in compliance with Federal Safety Regulations, and is intended for use with compressed air. The device automatically shuts off air flow to ruptured hose, which reduces the risk of injury or damage from hose whip. The compact design is economical and tamper-resistant and can operate in any orientation. The devise has a 250 psig pressure rating and a low pressure drop, and automatically resets after failure correction

Hansen流量傳感器安裝方法實(shí)例：
流量數(shù)據(jù)-下圖顯示的是各種長(zhǎng)度軟管的最小入口壓力。每一款流量傳感器在特定入口壓力都有一個(gè)斷流流量。軟管長(zhǎng)度和管件尺寸對(duì)于單向閥的正常運(yùn)作至關(guān)重要。比如：對(duì)于B8-FS-50F-8流量傳感器，軟管內(nèi)徑必須為 1/2 ''，必須使用1/2''管道螺紋的管件。30英尺長(zhǎng)得軟管需要至少20psig的入口壓力；50英尺長(zhǎng)的軟管需要至少28psig的入口壓力;75英尺長(zhǎng)的軟管需要至少36psig的入口壓力。入口壓力低于下表曲線現(xiàn)實(shí)的數(shù)值將導(dǎo)致在軟管故障時(shí)的保護(hù)無(wú)法保證。閥門只在特定入口壓力下流量超過(guò)限值時(shí)切斷。
如果軟管超過(guò)75英尺，美75英尺部分都必須安裝一個(gè)1/2''或更大的流量傳感器，并且必須相應(yīng)提高入口壓力來(lái)保證流量傳感器的正常運(yùn)作，以確保安全。
