If only one sampling point can be chosen, it should be in the return line, upstream of any return line filter. This will insure a representative sample of all components in the fluid system for their present condition.Construction:Corrosion resistant plated steel with brass internal components and Buna-N seal.

Operation: 為獲得最佳效果，伊頓 FD15 油取樣閥應安裝在低壓和回油管路的動態流體管路中。如果只能選擇一個采樣點，它應該在回油管中，任何回油管過濾器的上游。這將確保流體系統中所有組件的當前狀況的代表性樣本。
Instructions:
1. 拆下排料口的金屬防塵罩。
2. 將滾花旋鈕向右旋轉 1/4 圈，排放大約 200 毫升的油至沖洗閥。以適當的方式處理此樣品。
3. 將干凈的油樣瓶放在排放口下方。（樣品瓶通常由油分析實驗室提供。）
4. 將滾花旋鈕向右轉動 1/4 圈，直到瓶子填充到所需的水平。旋鈕可以后退以節流流速。
5. 瓶子裝滿后松開滾花旋鈕，閥門將自動關閉。更換金屬防塵蓋扳手，擰緊。
Notes:：
根據 MIL-V-81940/2-1 的要求，在 0-50 psi 的壓力下，該閥的流量在 100 到 1500 毫升/分鐘之間。（MIL-V-81940/2-1 僅適用于 50-300 psi 的壓力。）
